At approximately 9:00 pm on Sunday 21 April 2013, Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) arrested Bahaa Kamal Mohammed Kamel, 18, while he was trying to sneak across the separation fence between Gaza Strip and Israel east of solid waste dump, southeast of Deir Al Balah.
In the late evening hours, IOF phoned Kamel’s family and informed them that he was detained.
