Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) arrested Ashraf Samir Mahmoud, 17, who was trying to sneak across the separation fence between Gaza Strip and Israel east of Al Bureij refugee camp. According to Mansour’s family, Ahraf left his home in the evening hours of Thursday 11 April 2013 and did not come back. On Monday 15 April 2013, they received a phone call from their son informing them that he has been detained by IOF.
