At approximately 1:20 pm on Sunday 16 December 2012, Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) opened fire at a group of young Palestinian men who were near the separation fence between Gaza Strip and Israel east of Al Qarara village.
As a result, Khalid Suliman Abdel Kareem Mhana, 25, sustained bullet wound in the abdomen.
Medical sources at Naser Hospital described his injury as critical where the bullet entered his abdomen and existed from his back.
