At approximately 11:15 am on Monday 3 December 2012, Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) positioned at the separation fence between Gaza Strip and Israel northeast of Al Bureij refugee camp. As a result, Jihad Mesbah As-Sawarka, 16, sustained a bullet wound in the left leg while he was 400 meters away from the fence. Medical sources at Al Aqsa Hospital described his injury as moderate.
