At approximately 12:30 am on Monday 10 September 2012, an Israeli aircraft fired a missile targeting a tunnel on the Gaza-Egypt border in the Al Shoka village, east of Rafah town.
As a result, Mohammed Ayyoub Jaradat, 6, sustained shrapnel wounds in the right leg.
He was admitted to Abu Yousif An-Najjar Hospital where his injury was described as moderate.
