Short Link:
At approximately 9am on Sunday 19 December 2010, the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) opened fire at Palestinian shepherds who were grazing sheep and collecting scrap and rubble from destroyed structures near the separation fence between the Gaza Strip and Israel.
They were about 500 meters from the separation fence in the Hammouda family land, northwest of the Bedouin Village (Um An-Naser), in the North Gaza district.
As a result, Ijme'aan Fareed Abu Hweshel, 19, who lives in the Bedouin village, was injured in the right leg.
Medical sources at Kamal Odwan Hospital described his injury as moderate.
