On Tuesday 6 July 2010, the Gaza Central Court sentenced to death the accused 'Attyya Abdel Khaliq Farajallah, 19.
He was sentenced to death after being convicted of the murder of the child Ahmed Mossa Mohammed Farajallah, 10, who lived in the An-Nusseirat new refugee camp in Middle Gaza District.
