30pm, on 15/12/2007, the police (Executive Force) stopped a car was driving Ghasan Abu Dakka, 44, in Bani Seheila village in eastern Khan Younis.
Abu Daqqa was taken to the police station in the area where he received severe beating, which resulted in fractures in his right arm and leg and bruises to different parts of his body.
A few hours after his arrest, he was transferred to Nasser hospital for treatment.
