At app. 11:30am, on 18/12/2007, five citizens, including three children, were injured by electric shocks during the funeral of Husam Abu Habel in Tel Az Za'tar area of Jabalia Camp. The electric shocks occurred as mourners opened fire intensively in the area during the funeral, which resulted in cutting one of the electric wires which fell on a wet ground where mourners were walking. Those injured were reported critically injured.
