At app. 10.40am today, Tuesday 16 December 2008, identified as 29-year-old Faris Abu Shanab was injured as a tunnel collapsed while he was inside it. The incident occurred in a tunnel linking Gaza with Egypt near the Salah Ad-Din gate in Rafah. Medical sources reported to Al Mezan that another man, identified as 29-year-old Fahd Zuhud, was also injured as another tunnel collapsed near Yebna Block in Rafah refugee camp today.
