Face-the-Public on “Crisis of education: policies in higher education in Palestine: between reality and necessity." This meeting took place in Gaza City at Al Aqsa University on 30th July 2005, and focused on problems facing graduates and the increasing unemployment rate among them; partly due to policies of the university as well as of the Ministry of Education. Other issues were also tackled, such as higher education, where specific admission criteria should be determined for a number of schemes that many graduates have, and ensure new necessary openings of opportunities for them. Some university experts and students spoke on these issues and gave various opinions and suggested solutions.
