At approximately 9:00 am on Sunday, 18 December 2016, Israeli gunboats opened fire at Palestinian fishing boats which were off Beit Lahiya coast in North Gaza district. Fishermen were terrified and abandoned their work and sailed to land immediately. No injuries or casualties were reported.
