Internal Security Apparatus in Gaza Summons Two Youths in An-Nuseirat Refugee Camp

At approximately 6am on Monday 14 February 2011, internal security apparatus force went to the house of Ahmed Arrar Al Atawna, 31, which is located in the An-Nuseirat refugee camp in Middle Gaza district.
In his affidavit to Al Mezan, Al Atawna said that the force confiscated his cell phone, his passport, and his ID card.
The force handed him a summons to present himself at the apparatus office in Deir Al Balah town at 9am on the same day.
Al Atawna went to the apparatus office in Deir Al Balah, from which he was referred to the apparatus’s office in Gaza City.
The apparatus questioned him about an initiative that has been called for by a group on a social networking site Facebook to end the internal Palestinian split.
The apparatus detained Al Atawna for several hours and released him, but after issuing him another summons on 15 February 2011.
On Monday 14 February 2011, the apparatus summoned Hassan Yousif Faraht, 22, to its office in Deir Al Balah.
He appeared at their office in the morning of Tuesday 15 February 2011.
When arrived the office, the guards told him that the office was closed for a religious holiday, the Prophet Mohammed's birth anniversary.
They asked him to present himself at the apparatus office on Thursday 17 February 2011.
It's worth mentioning that a group of Palestinian youths in Gaza Strip made a call on Facebook for a sit-in to occur on 26 February 2011 to end the Palestinian internal split.
