At approximately 11:00am on Wednesday, 9 September 2015, Israeli occupation forces (IOF) arrested the Palestinian trader Kamal Akmal Mohammed Zaqout, 47, while he was on his way to the West Bank for business purposes. In their affidavit to Al Mezan, his family stated that they lost contact with him after passing the crossing. They then knew he was arrested in the evening on the same say. Zaqout is a resident of Al Sheikh Redwan neighborhood in Gaza City. Al Mezan’s lawyer is pursuing his case.
